  1. Good for the Malaysians, Daven. I.T. outsourcing in the Philippines has not lived up to its potential besides being the top outsourced contact center hub. Slow input of investments due to an oligarchy-friendly Constitution, highest power rates in Asia, and a government not committed to maintaining the status quo in English literacy but instead is going in the other direction. Could you give the sitting president a heads up when you have an opportunity?
