Having worked both ends of the shtick, first in outbound via market research, then inbound as a CSR much later, true, the call center services a client needs really depend on what they require and the kind of business they're in.
ReplyDeleteIf governments can outsource some of the services in the various agencies, the lesser the problems they can have when tapping top notch outsourcing companies. Speed, efficiency, reliability and prompt action is supposed to be a key element in government service, but here, it is an exact opposite in most places.
Case in point, the provincial government of Cebu which has a lot of departments and mostly the LGUs under its jurisdiction are cash-strapped like a street beggar. Hiring just one company good in data entry, legal, financial, records and other critical back office jobs and putting the representatives in-house or across the street will solve outright their endemic paperwork and fiscal backlogs.
