ReplyDeleteRight now, my Philippines is tops in the BPO, KPO, and the Software R&D, thanks to the export processing zones in the country, where companies get to BOT (build, operate, transfer) to the end users, which is a form of outsourcing. Even the Japanese and South Koreans are outsourcing their food and grain requirements here.
I.T. outsourcing here could use a push, a very big push. All the parties involved should
get a grasp of the situation, make a decent plan of action, get it going.
