  1. Another excellent writeup, Daven. Summing up what small businesses can avail of outsourcing, they should: 1) Put all the necessary eggs in one basket. Back office tasks, as a standard, are to be considered first. 2) As much as possible, stick to one company only. It is the reason most outsourcing firms diversify their services. And 3), Find not just any outsourcing company, but a reputable outsourcing company, and it's obvious, but one should also know what to expect. Those that have been in business for decades is a definite clue.
