I know of two outsourced medical billing outfits that make a killing out of making sure the billing processes are up to date, aside from being a contact center for the professionals they cater to --- MD's, vets, EENT's, cardiologists --- you name it. Aside from a centralized billing office, they have a worker who handles secretarial and back office work for say 6 MD's and a cardilogist, another for 4 vets. Absolutely a great business, efficiency wise.
